Moong Masoor ki daal

 1/2 Cup Soaked Split Moong
 1/2 Cup Soaked Red lentil
 4 Garlic
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 Green chili
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 6 Curry leaves
 1 Mint & Coriander Leaves
 1/2 Cup Oil
 2 Tomatoes

To make Moong Masoor ki Daal first, take a large bowl to add 2 1/2 glass of water along with soaked lentils. Put red chili, turmeric, garlic and tomatoes, mix it well and bring it to boil. Cover and cook until the lentils tender.

Once it done add salt, mix it up.

In a pan add oil when the oil heat enough then add 1/2 cup of oil. Place curry leaves cumin seeds and green chili stir it for few minutes and add into boiled daal.

Tasty Moong Masoor ki daal is ready to serve. Serve with Boiled Rice and and achar..
