 400 Peas
 2 Rice
 1 Yogurt
 1 Fresh Dill
 1 Fresh Mint leave
 5 Ginger
 4 Garlic
 50 Whole Mix Garam Masala
 1 tsp Red chili
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 Oil
 4 Green Chili

To make Matar Pulao first, take a blender to add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Blend it well.

In a large pot add 1/2 cup of oil and once the oil hot enough add whole mix garam masala and stir it for ½ minute then add sliced onion and fry until it turn into golden.

After that, Put blended paste and stir it for 2 minutes then put red chilli, turmeric and salt mix it for 2 minutes then add yogurt and cook until the oil oozes out.

Add peas and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes and then add 2 cups of water along with chopped dill and mint leaves. The water is boil add soaked rice, stir it quickly. Cover and cook until the water becomes dry. Once the water is completely dry simmer for 10 minutes.

Matar pulao is ready to serve. Serve with salad and raita.
