Masoor Pulao by KookingK

 1 Rice
 1 Whole Black Lentil
 1 Oil
 1 Onion
 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
 2 tbsp Green chili paste
 3 Piece of Cinnamon
 1 Beef Cube
 1 Big Cardamon
 2 Green Cardamom
 3 Cloves
 1 tsp Black pepper
 3 Star anise
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 2 tbsp Salt
 2 Bay leaves
 5 Whole red chili
 3 Potato
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 2 Boiled Egg

To make Masoor Pulao first, Take a pot to add oil and once the the oil heat enough add Black pepper, cinnamon, Black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, star anise, bay leaves and cumin seed then stir it for few minutes and place the sliced onion and fry until it turns into golden colour. Put Whole red chili, stir it and then add Ginger, garlic and Chili paste and stir it for 2 mintes then add beef cube and yogurt, mix it up and cook until the oil oozes out.

After that, add potato and lentil, mix it well then add rice with 300 gram of water. Cover and cook until the water completely dry.

Place the boiled egg over it and simmer for about 10 minutes.
