Manchurian Pakoda - Chinese Vegetable Pakora Recipe by KooKingK

 1 Cup Cabbage (Chopped)
 1/2 Cup Carrot (Grated)
 1/2 Cup Plain flour
 3 tbsp Corn flour
 1/2 Cup Spring Onion (Chopped)
 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
 1 tbsp Soya sauce
 1 Green chili (Chopped)
 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
 1 tsp Red food color
 Oil (for frying)

To make Manchurian Pakoda first take a bowl to add cabbage, carrot, spring onion, schezwan sauce, salt, green chili, soya sauce, corn flour, plain flour and ginger and garlic paste. Mix it up then add food color and gradually add the half cup of water and mix it up well. leave it for 10 minutes.

Take a pan to add oil, when its heat enough drop the better with the help of hand and cook until it turns into bright red color.

Its ready to serve . Serve it with your favourite sauce.
