Lays Aloo Chips Recipe - Homemade Potato Chips Recipe

 1/2 Kg Potatoes (Cut in thin slices)
 2 tbsp Salt
 Oil For Frying

To make Lays Aloo Chips first, take a pot to add 10 glass of water along with salt.

Add thinly sliced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes on high flame.

After that, strain the potatoes and place them on the towel and dry it as shown in video below.

Once the potatoes dry take a karahi to add oil. Once it's hot enough add one by one potato chips and fry on medium flame until they turn into nice golden color.

Take out on the paper towel and let it cool.

Now, Sprinkle the chaat masala and keep into air tight container for a month.
