Lachha Paratha

 2 cups Plain Flour
 2 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Salt
 4 tbsp Ghee (As required)
 1 tsp Yeast

To Make Lachha Paratha or Multi Layered bread In a large mixing bowl add plain flour, sugar, salt and yeast mix it well. After mixing all dry ingredient gradually add the water, kneading the dough to get a soft and sticky ball of dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 - 30 minutes.

After about 25 minutes or more, take the dough, knead slightly and divide into 4 equal portions (balls).

Sprinkle some flour to dust the board take one ball of dough and roll it as thin as you can. Now spread some ghee on it and cut thin strips with knife. Now roll the strips and twirl it to form a flat ball as shown in the video. Prepare all the ball similarly.

After 10 minutes, roll the parathas, and in a heated pan. fry the parathas on a low-medium heat. Flip the other side, greasing with a little oil. when the paratha fully cook and turn golden from both side take out and serve with Channa, Pickle, tea and your favourite dish.
