 300 g Beef mince
 2 Onion
 1 tbsp Ginger
 1 tbsp Garlic
 2 Green chilies
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Crushed Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1/2 tsp Black pepper
 1/2 Cup yogurt
 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves
 1/4 Cup Mint leaves
 1 inch piece Ginger for Garnishing
 1 piece Coal
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Koyla Keema first, tak a pan to add oil and allow to heat then add onions and cook until it turns into golden. add ginger, garlic and green chilies, Stir it for 2 minutes. Put the red chili, coriander powder, black pepper, Garam masala powder and salt. mix it up well. Place the beef mince and cook until its change the color. Pour the yogurt and stir it for 3 to 4 minutes then cover with the lid and cook until the mince becomes tender.

Now, garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and ginger. Place a bread piece and put the burned coal over it. put the small piece of butter on coal and immediately cover with the lid.

koela keema is ready to serve.
