Koosa ki sabzi recipe

 4 Marrow (kosa)
 1 Onion
 1 Tomato
 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
 1 Green chili
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Musterd seeds
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 Oil
 1 Chopped Coriander

To make Koosa ki Sabzi or Marrow Curry first, cut marrow into medium size pieces.


In a medium size pan add oil and once the oil heat enough then add mustard seeds and cumin seed and stir it for a minute. Now, add chopped onion and cook until it turn into light golden color.


When the onion turns into golden color then add chopped ginger and garlic with green chili and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. After that, put red chili powder, turmeric and salt mix it well.


2 minutes later add tomato puree and cook until the oil oozes out.


So here, the masala is ready add marrow and mix it with masala. add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook until the marrow nicely tender. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve it with chapatti or boiled rice.
