To make Kabuli Chana Biryani first, take a pan to add oil. once the oil is heat up add onion and cooks until turns into golden brown.
Now, add ginger, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala.
Stir it until the oil oozes out then add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes over medium flame.
Add boiled chickpeas and potatoes. Stir it for few minutes then set aside.
Now take another pan layer the half-boiled rice then put Chickpeas on it. add fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, and lemon slices.
Place another layer of rice then add some orange color on top then cover with the lid and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
