To Make Jam Biscuit first take a bowl to add butter and sugar. Whisk it well until it gets the fluffy texture.
Now, add vanilla essence and egg. Mix it up well.
After that, gradually add the plain flour and mix it up well until it becomes a dough.
Now the dough is ready, take a small portion, and roll it into your hands.
Now flatten a little bit wwith the palm. In center give it the depth to add jam.
Set the baking paper on baking tray. Place all the biscuits on tray. Drop the jam in center of biscuits.
Now, take a pan place any stand or plate then put the baking sheet.
Cover with the lid and bake for 40 minutes on low flame.
Jam Biscuit is ready. Let it cool then transfer into an airtight container for 1 month.
