Hyderabadi Keema Recipe - Beef Keema Recipe

 1/2 Kg Beef Mince
 1 Big Onion (Sliced)
 1 Big Tomato (Chopped)
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 3 to 4 Green chilies
 1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Hyderabadi Keema first take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough add onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste, stir it for few seconds then put the beef mince and cook till the color change.

Add tomatoes along with red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and salt. Mix it up all the ingredients and cook over low flame for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add yogurt and cook until the oil oozes out. Put garam masala, black pepper, green chilies and fresh coriander. Mix it up well.

It's ready to serve.
