 1 Cup Soaked Chickpeas
 1 cup Chopped Parsley
 1/2 Cup Spring Onion
 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
 1 tsp Chili Flakes
 1 tsp Crushed Cumin seeds
 1 1/2 Salt
 1/4 Cup Plain Flour / Gram Flour
 Oil ( For Frying)

To Make Falafel first, Take a blender or chopper add the chickpeas and blend it well then in the same blender add parsley, spring onion with garlic and blend it.

After that, in blended chickpeas put chili flakes, cumin, salt, Parsley and onion paste with plain flour and mix it up with the spoon.

Take a small portion and make a small ball. Make all the balls by this method then in a hot oil place 6 to 7 balls (according to your pan size) and fry until it turns into golden brown.

Delicious Falafel is ready. Serve it with Tahina or your favorite sauce.
