 1 Apple
 1 Cucumber
 1 Yellow Bel pepper
 100 g Spring onion
 1/2 Bunch Mint leaves
 1/2 tsp Black pepper
 1 Lemon juice
  1/2 tsp Salt

To Make Healthy Apple salad First chopped apple, cucumber, Bel pepper, spring onion and mint leaves finely into small size.

Then take a mixing bowl to add chopped ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Then pour lemon juice and mix it well. Tasty apple salad is ready to serve.
