For Kabab
 500 Beef mince
 1 Milk
 1 Onion
 2 Bread
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1 Green chili
 1 Chopped Coriander
 1 Egg
 1 ½ tsp Salt
For Gravy
 1 Onion
 3 Tomato
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tsp Salt
 1 Oil
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 Coal
Prepration of Kabab

To make Handi Kabab first, soak the bread slices into the milk. Now press it lightly and add into mince along with green chili, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander, egg, onion and garam masala. Mix it up with spoon or hand. Now leave it for 1/2 an hour.

After 1/2 hour make oval shape kabab. Meanwhile Put the pan over medium flame add 1/2 cup of oil when the oil hoeats enough, Place the Kabab into hot oil and cover for 15 to 20 minutes over low flame. 20 minutes later Flip the kakabs and cover for more 10 minutes. So kababs are ready.

For Gravy

In a medium size pot put oil and once the oil heat enough add granded onion and cook until it turn into golden color. when the onion turn into golden color add granded tomatoes and cook until the oil ooze out.

Put red chili, turmeric and salt stir it for about 2 minutes. Now place the kabab into gravy and pour the lemon juice. Mix the kabab with gravy very gently.

Place the bread piece in a pot add burn coal over the bread and drizzle the olive oil on it. Cover with lid immediatly.

Handi Kabab is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chili.
