Gobi Manchurian with Gravy Recipe by KooKingK

 250 g Cauliflower
 1 Onion (Chopped)
 3 tbsp Plain flour
 3 tbsp Corn flour
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 Garlic (Chopped)
 2 Green chili (Chopped)
 2 tbsp ketchup
 2 tbsp Chili sauce
 2 tbsp Soya sauce

To make Gobhi manchurian with Gravy first, in a large pot add 4 glass of water with 1 tbsp of salt then add cauliflower, cover and cook for 4 minutes then strain it then take a bowl to add plain flour, cornflour, salt and a half cup of water whisk it with the help of whisker and make a nice smooth paste. Put the boiled cauliflower into the batter and mix it up.

Take a pan to add oil when the oil heat enough. Add coated cauliflower into the hot oil and fry until it turns golden and then keep it aside.

In a nice hot pan add oil when its heat up adds garlic, green chilies, and onion and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup and stir it for 3 to 4 minutes. Put 1 tsp of cornflour in 1/4 cup water and make a smooth paste and put into the spices and mix it well. Place the fried cauliflower and mix it up then sprinkle some green onion and serve it.

Delicious Gobhi Manchurian is ready. Serve with chapatti or boiled rice.
