For Dough:
 1 1/2 Cups Plain flour
 2 tbsp Oil
 1/2 tsp Salt
For Stuffing:
 3 boiled Potatoes
 1 tbsp chopped Ginger & Garlic
 1 tbsp chopped Green chilies
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 chopped Onion
 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Whole coriander
 Fresh Mint and Coriander leaves
 1 tsp Salt
 Oil For Frying
For Stuffing:

To make Fried Potato Stuffed Wonton first we will make the stuffing. For stuffing take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough add onion and fry until it turns into golden.

Add ginger, garlic and green chilies. Stir it for few seconds then add cumin seeds and crushed whole coriander.

Stir it well then add turmeric mix it up then add mashed potatoes along with salt and mix it up very well.

After that, add chopped coriander and mint leaves. Mix it up altogether and let it cool.

How to make Dough?

Take a bowl to add plain flour, oil, and salt. Mix it up altogether with the help of hand.

Now, gradually add the water and make a soft dough and let it rest for 1/2 hour.

After that, make the equal size of small balls.

Folding:

Take a dough ball coat into plain flour and roll it in round roti or chapati.

Now, with the help of a knife cut the rolled dough into a square shape.

separate the excess part of the dough. Now put the filling in the middle of the square then fold it into a triangle and seal it.

Now take the two corners and fold it as shown in the video.

Take the karahi to put oil for deep frying. Once the oil heats enough to add one by one wonton and fry until golden brown.
