 ½ kg Fish
 ¼ cup Tamarind Pulp
 4 Pieces Soaked Whole Red Chili
 5 Cloves Garlic
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Salt
 Oil (For Frying)

To make Fish Fry in Karachi Style - Fried Fish Recipe first, take a blender to add whole red chili, red chili powder, salt, garlic, cumin seed and tamarind pulp then blend it well and take out in a bowl. Now, marinate the fish with the blended spices and set aside for 1/2 an hour.

After 1/2 hour, take a nice pan to add the oil once it heats enough then place the fish one by one into the hot oil and fry each side of the fish for about 5 to 6 minutes over medium flame.

Ingredients

Half cup coriander leaves
Few mint leaves
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch ginger peice
1 or 2 green chilies
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tamarind pulp

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
