Fish Pulao Recipe by KooKingK

To marinate fish
 6 Rabbit fish (Safi)
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Dried Black lemon powder
 Oil for frying
For rice
 2 Cups Rice ( Soaked)
 1 tbsp Ginger &Garlic paste
 2 Sticks Cinnamon
 2 Bay leaves
 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1/2 tsp Dried black lemon powder
 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
 1/4 cup Fresh Dill (Chopped)
 1/2 CupOil
To Marinate The Fish:

To make fish Pulao first we marinate the fish. For marination take a bowl to add coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper, dried black lemon powder and salt then pour 4 to 5 tablespoon of water and mix it up, make a nice smooth paste.

Now marinate the fish with prepared spices and let it rest for half an hour. After half an hour take a pan to add oil and once the oil is heat up place the marinated fish into the oil and cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes over medium flame. once its done keep it aside.

For Rice:

To make rice first take a pot put over medium flame and add the oil then add onions along with cinnamon and bay leaves and cook until it turn into golden brown then ginger and garlic paste and stir it for 1 minute

Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes then add turmeric, black pepper, salt, coriander powder and dried black lemon powder and mix it up, cook until the oil oozes out.

Pour 2 glass of water and chopped dill and coriander, bring it to boil. add the soaked rice, cover with the lid cook and cook util the water becomes dry then place the fried fishes over the rice and simmer for 10 mintes.
