 1/2 Cup Dal Chana (Split Chickpeas)
 1/2 Cup Split Moong
 1/2 Cup Split red lentil
 2 Tomatoes
 4 Green chilies
 3 to 4 Cloves Garlic
 2 Onion
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves
 1/4 Cup Fresh dill
 1/2 Cup Tamarind Pulp
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 9 to 10 Curry leaves
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Famous Memoni Dal first, take a pan to add soaked lentils with 3 glass of water and 2 tablespoon of oil. Cook over medium flame for 20 minutes.

After that, put red chili, turmeric, tomatoes, garlic, green chilies and bottle gourd then mix it up well. Cover with the lid and cook until the bottle gourd and lentil becomes tender.

Now, add salt, tamarind pulp, fresh dill and coriander leaves then stir it well and take aside.

In a pan add 1/4 cup oil when the oil heat enough add onion and cook until it turns into golden then put cumin seeds and curry leaves. Tarka is ready put this tarka over cooked daal and cover with the lid immediately.

Famous Memoni Dal is ready. serve with boiled rice and chapati.
