Easy Potato Fry

 6 medium size Potatoes
 1 ½ tsp Black pepper
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 ½ cup Oil

To Make Easy Potato Fry First cut the potato in to thin slices.

Take a pan put on medium flame add oil. when the oil heats nicely place cumin seed and stir for 2 minutes.

After this add potato slices and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, then sprinkle black pepper and add half cup of water. cover with lid and and cook until potato become tender. Delicious aloo fry is ready. Serve with chapatti.
