Dry Beef Recipe - Korean Style BBQ Beef (Bulgogi)

 200 grams Boneless beef
 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
 1 Pear (grated)
 3 to 4 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Chili flakes
 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
 1/4 Cup Spring onion
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Dry Beef first take a bowl to add boneless beef along with ginger, garlic, chili flakes, pear, salt and soya sauce.

Mix it up well and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.

After that, take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough, add marinated beef and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame then low the flame and cook until beef becomes tender.

Now, sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion.

Dry Beef is ready. Serve with boiled rice.
