Delicious White Biryani Recipe by KooKingK

 500 g Beef
 2 Cups Rice (Soaked)
 3 Onion (Sliced)
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 2 tbsp Green chilies paste
 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
 1 tsp Black pepper
 2 tbsp Salt
 2 tbsp Whole Garam masala
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 Cup Oil

To make Delicious White Biryani first we have to marinate the beef. Take a bowl to add beef then add ginger & garlic paste, green chilies paste, yogurt, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix it up well and leave it for half an hour.

After 1/2 an hour, take a pan to add oil then add half onion and cook until it turns into golden. Place the marinated beef and stir it for 4 to 5 minutes. Cover with the lid and cook until the meat becomes tender the add the the potatoes and stir it. Put 1 glass of water and cook until the potatoes becomes tender then add fresh coriander and mint leaves and mix it well. Now keep it aside.

In another pan add 5 glass of water along with garam masala and 2 tablespoon of oil, cover with the lid and bring it to boil. when the water boil add soaked rice and stir it gently. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes then strain it then take a frying pan to add oil then add remaing onion and cook until it turns into golden and keep it aside.

In a same pan set the half rice. Add the prepared korma and then layered with the remaining rice. Now put the fried onion with oil then spread few mint leaves, cover with the lid and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

White biryani is ready. Serve with raita and salad.
