 2 Bunch Spinach
 1 Cup Boiled Split Chickpeas
 2 Sliced Onion
 1tbsp Ginger
 1 tbsp Garlic
 4 Chopped Green chili
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 2 ChoppedTomatoes
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Dal Palak Recipe in Dhaba Style first, Take a pot to add oil, when the oil heat enough add Cumin seeds stir it for 1 minute then add sliced onion and cook until it turns into golden brown color then add Garlic and Green chilies and stir it for about 1 to 2 minutes then put the red chili, turmeric and salt cook for 1 to 2 minutes and then add the tomatoes, stir continuously until the oil oozes out.

After that, add the spinach and mix it well and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes then add boiled split chickpeas and mix it up. place the ginger, cover with the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Delicious Dal Palak is ready. Serve it with boiled rice or chapatti.
