  2 Medium size Egg plant
 1 Cup Yogurt
 1 Onion (chopped)
 6 to 7 Curry leaves
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 4 Whole red chili
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tbsp Coriander
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Dahi Wale Baingan ki Recipe or Dahi Walay Baingan Recipe first cut the eggplant into thin round slices.then take a pan to add oil when the oil heat enough places eggplant slices and fry until it turns into golden color.

After this another pan add oil when the oil heat nicely add chopped onion and fry until it translucent. Then add ginger and garlic paste stir for 1 minute. Now add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and salt and stir for 2 minutes.

After this add 3 tablespoons of yogurt and cook until the oil ooze out. Now place fry eggplant into the masala and simmer for 5 minutes. Then take a serving bowl or dish place the eggplant and add the layer of yogurt over it. Don't mix it.

In a pan add oil when the oil heat nicely eggplant Curry leaves, cumin seeds, and whole red chili cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add to eggplant and yogurt layer. Dahi bengan is ready...
