To make Chocolate Crepes first, crack the eggs in a bowl then put oil, coco powder with sugar and whisk it with a hand whisker then put the milk and mix it again then add plain flour in two batches ( to prevent lumps) and mix it up with the whisker.
Now, take a nice nonstick pan put over a medium flame when its heat up nicely pour the 2 spoons of better and Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the better coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Now top it with whipped cream and Strawberry sauce.
