Chili Potato Recipe - Potato Snack Recipe

 2 Potatoes
 2 to 3 tbsp Corn flour or Rice flour
 1 tsp Salt
 Oil for frying
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1 tsp Chili flakes
 1/2 tsp Black pepper
 2 tbsp Chili sauce
 3 to 4 tbsp Ketchup

To make Chili Potato first, peeled and cut the potatoes in finger shape then wash it well and add e tbsp of corn or rice flour on potato chips.

Mix it very well then take a karahi to add oil once the oil heats enough add potato chips one by one and fry until it turns into golden.

For Sauce take a pan to add oil once the oil heats up add garlic and saute for few seconds.

Add chili flakes, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, and ketchup.

Mix it up well and cook for 1 minute over low flame.

Now add fried chip into the sauce and mix it up very well and serve it immediately.
