Cheese Paratha for Kids Recipe by KooKingK

 1 1/2 CupPlain flour
 3 tbsp Oil
 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese

To make a Cheese Paratha first, In a plain flour add salt and oil. Mix it up with your hand then gradually add water and make a soft dough. Leave it for half an hour.

After an hour divide the dough into equal portion and make a ball.

Take one ball Flatten it with rolling pin as thin as you can. Spread oil over flatten dough and now fold it half from top and bottom and place the mozzarella cheese in middle then fold the sides and make square shape pocket.

In a nice pan or tawa add 2 tablespoon of oil and place the paratha. Cook until paratha turns into golden brown colour from both sides.
Cheese Paratha is ready to serve.
