 500 ml Milk
 250 g Sugar
 100 g Almond
 100 g Pistachio
 1/4 Cup Risins
 250 g Ghee

Method To Make Chana Dal Halwa is quite simple First soak the Chana Dal (split chickpeas) into milk for 3 hours. After this take a pot put on medium flame add soaked Chana Dal(split chickpeas) with milk and cook until its tender nicely and milk become dry.
Then add into the blender and blend it well.

Now take another pan and add ghee when the ghee hot enough add green cardamom stir for 1 minute and add blended paste cook until the ghee absorbed and all water becomes dry. Then add dry fruits (almonds, pistachio and raisin)

Mix it well. Then add sugar and cook until the sugar water completely dry. Stir continuously with a spoon. As shown in video. when the water completely dry and leave to stick the bottom of the pan here our Chana Dal Halwa is ready. Garnish with some dry fruits and serve it hot and as well cool.
