 1 Cup Dal Chana - Split chickpeas (Boiled)
 1 Big Onion
 2 Tomatoes
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
 8 to 10 Curry Leaves
 3 Whole red long chilies
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1 tbsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Chana Dal Fry with Dhaba Style Tadka first, take a pan to add oil when its heat enough adds cumin seeds with onions and cook until it turns golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 1 minute then put the red chili, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt mix it up well then add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil oozes out.

After that, place the boiled split chickpeas and mix it well, simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the garam masala and remove it from the flame.

Now, take a pan to add 1/4 cup oil then add curry leaves and whole red chilies and cook it for 1 minutes. so tadka is ready put it on cooked Chana Dal and cover it from the lid.

Chana Dal Fry with Dhaba Style Tadka is Ready. Serve it with boiled rice or chapatti.
