 1 Cup Boiled Chick peas
 1/4 CupTamarind Pulp
 1 Chopped Tomato
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 Curry leaves 6 to 7
 1 Sliced Onion
 Papdi (As required)
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make tasty chana chaat first, take a pot to add oil, when the oil heats enough add curry leaves and stir for 1 minute.

After that, add Cumin seed, red chili, coriander powder and salt. stir it for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Now, add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil ooze out. Pour Tamarind pulp and mix it.

Here, the masala is ready add boiled chickpeas mix it well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

10 minutes Later, add boiled Potatoes and mix it altogether.

Tasty chana chaat is ready. Garnish with papri and onion and serve it.
