Bread Pockets

 3 Mashed potatoes
 12 Bread
 1 Egg
 1 Mozzarella
 1 tsp Crushed Cumin seed
 1 tsp Crushed Coriander
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 Green chili
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 Chopped coriander
 Oil ( For Frying)

To make Bread Pockets first, in mashed potatoes add crushed cumin, red chili, black pepper, crushed coriander, fresh coriander, green chili and salt. Mix it well with spoon or hand.


After that, whisk the egg and then cut the crust from each slice of bread and flatten it with a rolling pin the place some portion on bread.


Apply some raw egg on the sides of bread and Cover with another slice and stick it with your finger.


Take a pan add oil and once the hot oil heat enough, add one bread pockets and fry until it turn into golden.

Tasty cheesy potato bread pockets are ready to serve. Serve with ketchup or your any favourite sauce.
