 2 tbsp Sugar
 1/2 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Black pepper
 1 Green chili

To make Bread Omelette first, break the egg into the bowl and whisk with salt, black pepper, green chilli and Onion.

Add 2 tablespoon of oil into the pan and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar, Once the sugar starts to melt place the bread slice and toast it from both sides. Toast all the bread by this method.

After that, add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil. Add 3 to 4 tablespoon of egg mixture and place the toasted bread over it.

cook for about 2 minutes on medium flame or until the egg turns into golden brown colour then flip the egg and fold the excess egg into a square shape.

The bread omelette is ready to serve.
