Bihari Dum Keema - Dum ka Keema Recipe

 1/2 Kg Beef mince
 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic
 1 big Onion
 1/2 Cup Yogurt
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
 1 tsp Cumin powder
 1 tbsp Coriander
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 4 tbsp Tomato paste
 1 tsp Garam masla powder
 2 pinch Nutmeg powder
 1 tsp Butter
 1 Coal piece
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Bihari Dum Keema first, take a pan to add oil once the oil heats up add onion and cook until turns into golden brown then add ginger and garlic.

Stir it for few seconds then put mince and cook until its color changes.

Now add all the spices( cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, chili flakes, chili powder, black pepper, garam masala powder, nut Meg powder, and salt). Mix it up well and cook for a few minutes.

Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes over a high flame.

Now, add 4 tbsp of tomato paste and mix it up well.

Take a small bowl or foil. Place some butter or oil then put the burning coal on it. Cover it with the lid and leave it for few minutes.
