Besan Tikki Recipe by KooKingK with Amna

 1 1/2 Cups Gram flour
 1 Finely Chopped Onion
 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
 1 tbsp Whole Coriander
 1 tbsp Whole Coriander
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Chopped Green chilies
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Baking powder
 2 Glass Water
 1/2 Cup Oil

To make Besan Tikki Recipe first take a bowl to add besan or gram flour.

Add the water gradually and mix it up well. Once the smooth paste is ready add salt, baking powder, Red chili flakes, turmeric, green chilies, onion and whole crushed coriander.

Mix it up well. Add 1 Cup of water and mix it.

Now take a pan to add oil once the heats up add cumin seeds and fry until golden.

Now add besan and cook on low flame.

Stir it continuously until it becomes a dough.

Now, turn off the flame and let it cool a bit.

After that, take a small portion and shape it as you like.

On the frying pan add oil the shallow fry all the besan Tikki.

It's ready to serve with ketchup or any of your favorite sauce.
