 400 grams Beef Mince
 1 Onion (chopped)
 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic (chopped)
 1 tbsp Crushed Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Crushed Whole Coriander
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Garam masala powder
 1 tsp Salt
 Samosa Sheet (as required)
 Oil for deep frying

To make Beef Mayo Samosa first, take a pan to add oil. Once the oil heats enough add onion and saute for 1 minute then add ginger and garlic and stir it for few seconds.

Now, put beef mince and cook until its color change then add cumin seeds, coriander, red chili, salt, and garam masala.

Stir it for few seconds then turn off the flame.

Place bread piece or piece of an aluminum foil. Put burned coal on it then drop oil or butter on coal and cover it with the lid.

Let it cool then mix mayonnaise.

Now add 2 tablespoons of filling in the samosa sheet and fold it as shown in the video.

Take karahi to add oil for deep frying. Once the oil heats enough, add one by one samosa and fry until turns into golden brown.

Transfer on a paper towel and serve with ketchup or raita.
