To make Beef Majboos first take a pan to add oil, once the oil heats enough add onion and fry until it turns into golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic along with the whole garam masala and stir it for few seconds then add beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now, add all the spices except the tomato paste. Mix it up altogether then add 3 to 4 glass of water and cook on low flame until beef becomes tender.
Once the beef will be done take out beef pieces then add tomato paste along with coriander, mint leaves, and green chilies.
Mix it up well then add soaked rice and cook until the water completely dry. Meanwhile, take a pan to add oil and roasted the dry fruits.
Once the water completely dries place the beef pieces on rice and add the nuts on top of it.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with Green salad and Dakoos
