 250 g Plain flour
 125 g Milk
 1 Egg
 1 big Banana
 1 tsp Vanilla extract/ essence
 2 tsp Baking powder
For Topping
 Butter (As required)
 Honey (As required)

First separate egg white from yolk and whisk it until it turn in to foam.then whisk yolk, when it becomes thick and creamy that means it perfectly whisked.


After this process blend the banana in to blender or mash with fork.


Now take a bowl add whisked yolk,blended banana or vanilla essence and mix it well. when all these ingredient mixed add plain flour in three Portion(to prevent lumps). Add first portion and mix it well with hand whisker or fork.then add second portion add half milk and mix it.finally add third and a last portion of flour add remaining milk and baking powder and mix them altogether.


Now its time to add foamy egg white and mix with spoon so banana pancake better is ready.


Take a non stick pan and put on medium flame. Add better with spoon and cook until both sides become golden brown, make all the pancakes with same procedure.


Serve with butter or honey or your favourite topping.
