Aloo Methi Recipe - Fenugreek leaves and Potato Recipe by KooKingK

 4 Bunch Fresh Fenugreek
 4 Potatoes
 2 Tomatoes
 1 Onion
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
 3 to 5 Green chilies
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Aloo Methi first, take a pan to add oil when the oil hats enough add cumin seeds with onion and cook until it turns into golden. add green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, stir it for a minute. put the tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft. After that, add red chili, turmeric and salt. stir it until the oil oozes out. Put the potatoes and stir it well and simmer for 10 minutes. Now, add fenugreek leaves and mix it well then simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the lemon juice and mix it well.

Aloo Methi is ready. Serve with hot Chapati.
