Aloo Methi Ki Sabzi or Fenugreek Potato Recipe

 3 Potato
 1 Tomato
 1 Onion
 1 tbsp Ginger
 1 tbsp Garlic
 1 tbsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Turmeric
 2 tbsp Fenugreek
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Oil

Aloo Methi Ki Sabzi or Fenugreek Potato first, take a pot put on medium flam and add oil. the oil heats add onion and fry until it becomes golden.

When the onion fry add ginger and garlic and stir for 2 minutes. After this add tomatoes and stir for 2 to 3 minutes and cover with lid and cook until tomatoes become soft.

When the tomatoes completely cook add all the spices(red chili, turmeric and salt) and stir until the oil oozes out. Put potatoes and fry for 5 minutes and then add 1 cup of water, cover and cook until potatoes become tender then add dried fenugreek and simmer for 5 minutes.

Aloo methi is ready.
