Aloo Katli Recipe – Aloo ki Sabzi Recipe by KooKingK

 4 Potatoes
 2 Green chilies
 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Ginger & garlic
 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 1/4 Cup Oil

To make Aloo Katli first, add ΒΌ cup of oil into the pan. When it's heat enough add cumin seeds, green chili, ginger & garlic paste then stir it well. After that, put the tomatoes and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes then add salt and mix it well. Now, place the sliced potatoes and stir it for about 5 minutes then add half cup of water. Cover with the lid and cook until the potatoes becomes tender.

Aloo Katli is done. Serve with hot chapatti.
