Aloo Donuts Recipe - Homemade Potato Doughnuts Recipe

 4 boiled Potatoes
 2 whisked Eggs
 1 chopped Onion
 1 tsp Chaat masala
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tbsp chopped Green chilies
 1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander and mint
 2 tbsp Corn flour or plain flour
 Bread crumbs (as required)
 Oil Deep Frying

To make Aloo Donuts or Potato Donuts first, take a bowl to add mashed potatoes then add chaat masala, red chili, turmeric, green chilies, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cornflour, and 2 tbsp whisked egg.

Mix them all together.

Now take a small portion and make flatten kabab then in the middle make a hole from using thumb like a donut.

After that, dip into egg then coat into bread crumbs. Make all the donuts from this method then put it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take a karahi or pot to add oil for deep frying. Add donuts according to your pot size and fry over medium flame until golden brown.

Aloo Donuts is ready to serve.
