Aloo Boti Kabab Recipe - Potato Beef Kebab Recipe by KooKingK with Amna

 250 Gram Boiled Beef
 1 Boiled Potato
 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic
 1 tbsp Green chilies
 1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander
 1 tsp Crushed Chili flakes
 1 tsp Crushed Whole Coriander
 1 tsp Crushed Cumin seeds
 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
 1 tsp Salt
 1 Egg
 Oil for Shallow Frying

To make Aloo Boti Kabab first, take a bowl to add boiled beef resha along with potato, ginger, garlic, green chillies, chili flakes, fresh coriander, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, crushed coriander and cumin seeds.

Mix it up all the ingredients very well and make a kebab.

Put the kabab into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes take out the kebabs, dip into the whisked egg and shallow fry.

Fry from both sides until it turns into golden.

Serve with Green or Red Chatni
