 250 g Spinach
 4 Eggs
 2 Triangle Cheese
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp Red chili flakes
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
 1 Onion (Chopped)
 1 Tomatoes (Chopped)

To make Spinach With Egg, Delicious & Healthy Breakfast first, take a pan to add olive oil, when the oil heats up put the chopped garlic and stir it for 1 minute then add the onions and cook until it turns into golden then add tomatoes and stir it well then put salt, pepper and chili flakes, cook until the oil oozes out then place the spinach and cook for about 5 minutes over medium flame. Now crack the eggs and spread the cheese on top, cover with the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
