 2 cups Plain Flour
 2 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Salt
 4 tbsp Ghee (As required)
 1 tsp Yeast

To Make Lachha Paratha or Multi-Layered bread In a large mixing bowl add plain flour, sugar, salt, and yeast and mix it well. After mixing all the dry ingredients gradually add the water, kneading the dough to get a soft and sticky ball of dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 - 30 minutes.

After about 25 minutes or more, take the dough, knead it slightly, and divide it into 4 equal portions (balls).

Sprinkle some flour to dust the board take one ball of dough and roll it as thin as you can. Now spread some ghee on it and cut thin strips with a knife. Now roll the strips and twirl it to form a flat ball as shown in the video. Prepare all the balls similarly.

After 10 minutes, roll the parathas, and in a heated pan. fry the parathas on low-medium heat. Flip the other side, greasing with a little oil. when the paratha fully cooks and turns golden on both sides take it out and serve with Channa, Pickle, tea, and your favorite dish.
